The CrunchCup Help Center

Need help with your order, or maybe you just want to say hi 👋, whatever the case, our customer happiness team is standing by. Just send us an email and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. 

The CrunchCup® holds just under 2 servings of cereal (approximately 1.6 cups / 364ml of cereal). The outer chamber can hold up to 12 oz of liquid, allowing you to adjust the amount of milk depending on your preference.

Please note, we only carry one size of The CrunchCup® which is the "XL" size. We have discontinued and no longer manufacture any previous model of The CrunchCup®.

How much cereal does The CrunchCup hold?

The CrunchCup does not have a cap that fully seals it, so you will experience leaks if it’s lying on its side. The lid won't leak as long as it's held or stored upright.

We also sell the Splash Cap which helps seal the contents of your CrunchCup to preserve taste and prevent waste. Although we still wouldn't recommend tossing the cup into a bag or lunchbox, it does allow you to take cereal on the go without worrying about spills or splashes.

Is The CrunchCup leakproof?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times, but please note that these times are estimates only. 

Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee and many factors outside of our control may delay your delivery.

What is your shipping policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused products for a full refund for your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any open or used cups due to health and safety restrictions. If any of the original packaging has been opened and/or used, we will not accept a return or offer a full refund at this time.

Please Note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a full refund. If you opened and/ or used your product, we do not offer refunds sorry!
