Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns of any product that has been used. Please be mindful of ourreturn policy when placing your order.

We will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item isunused and in its original condition for a refund of the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please review ourReturn Policy here.

If a product arrives broken, damaged, or missing from your order:

  • Missing/ Incorrect Product: Please photograph the products that you received along with a photo of your order receipt or packing slip and email us at[email protected] within 48 hoursof order delivery.
  • Broken or Damaged Product:Please photograph the broken or damaged products that you received and email us within 48 hours of order delivery to[email protected].

We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
