My CrunchCup is leaking. What do I do?Updated 4 months ago
Before every use, we advise that you double-check the following components to ensure that your CrunchCup is functioning optimally:
1) Inner Cup and Colored Lid: Ensure that the inner cereal cup is completely 'twisted' into the top colored lid. All the inner grooves should align so that there are no gaps between the two parts. Also, make sure that the lid is fully tightened to the inner cup before every use.
2) Outer Cup: To reduce the possibility of milk leaks, always remember to check that the outer milk cup is completely tightened around the colored lid. We recommend ensuring that the silicon ring inside the grooves of the colored lid is aligned and hasn't shifted or moved from the uppermost ridge of the cup. This can occur during transit when you first receive your cup, and after you wash your cup or place it on the top rack of your dishwasher.
