If you receive a product in a color or style other than what you originally purchased, or you have a product that is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. When reaching out please include your order number, a description, and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
If needed, you'll receive a prepaid return label to return the incorrect item. In all cases, the replacement will be sent to you right away.
This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred color/style – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you will have the option to select a different style/ color or receive a refund for your purchase.
